I missed my live webinar class, can I reschedule?

Don't worry if you miss a live class! Our live classes get lots of attendees and you are not inconveniencing anyone if you do not attend.

If you are logged into the site, you can continue to register for other classes or watch recorded videos.

You can join the classes and access the recorded version of each class on the Class page. If the class you registered for is about to start or has started, the button next to it will change to "Join" and you can click on it to enter the Zoom meeting. In case the class is yet to start the "Join" button will also state the class start time, localised according to your local timezone and computer settings, so you exactly when to enter the class.
 
When you register for the live class, however, the system will send you an email with instructions about how to join. That email should have the link for your new class, as well as the exact time that class is scheduled to begin expressed in UTC time (Coordinated Universal Time). In these notifications, time cannot be localised to your local time zone, since notifications happen outside of your browser, so they will always be expressed in UTC time.
