If you think you are going to miss a session with a tutor, it's best to tell us as soon as you can. However, we appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way.

We can only refund your FlexLesson if we are informed of the cancellation more than 24 hours before the session. This is to ensure that we respect the busy schedules of our tutors.
We may be able to make exceptions for emergency situations, please send us a message.
If you would like to reschedule another session as soon as possible, make sure you have at least FlexLesson and send us a message with your desired date and time. Usually, you need to wait 36 hours before your next booking, but we may be able to find you a slot sooner if you contact us.
