What is the chatbot for?

On our IELTS sites, we have a friendly IELTS chatbot located in the bottom right-hand corner of every page. The chatbot is trained to answer your IELTS questions.

However, you can also ask to send a message to a tutor. To send a message to a tutor, simply type 'send to a tutor' and then type your message when prompted. Your message will be passed to our human team of IELTS experts who will respond by email, usually in less than 24 hours.

You can use the Chatbot button to ask questions to our team of IELTS tutors.

You will receive a response sent to your email. If you don't receive any response after a couple of days, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder.

Our team are qualified and experienced to answer any questions on:

We do not mark or give feedback on completed Writing or Speaking work submitted through the chatbot. For feedback on Writing and Speaking, check out the FlexCheck AI packages available. Go to profile and then package to see your options.
