FlexCheck AI has failed - What do I do?

Our FlexCheck AI is designed to give you fast and accurate feedback on Speaking and Writing. However, like all AI technology, sometimes it does not behave exactly as we expect!


Failure to return a score or a score of zero being returned could be caused by a number of things including:

  • poor internet connection
  • submitting answers not connected to the topic
  • submitting answers copied from other places online or from our website


The best solution is usually to try again!



If your submission fails more than once, please contact Support. Use the chatbot, or send a message to support@gelielts.com with as much detail as you can provide (including screenshots).
