A 30-minute tutoring session on IELTS Flex is designed to give you practical support and clear guidance to help you reach your IELTS goals. Each session is focused on your needs and gives you useful strategies you can apply right away. Here’s what usually happens:
Understanding your needs:
Your tutor will begin by asking about your IELTS goals, your target score, and any specific difficulties you're facing. This helps them understand how to support you best.
Working on your chosen area:
Next, you’ll work on the topic you chose when booking your session. If you booked a mock Speaking test, your tutor will ask IELTS Speaking questions and give you immediate feedback to help you improve.
If you want help with other aspects of Speaking or Writing, your tutor may ask a few questions or look at your completed activities on IELTS Flex to better understand your needs and identify possible issues. They’ll then help you understand what you’re doing well and what you should focus on next, with clear and specific advice.
For Reading or Listening, your tutor will work to identify the reasons behind your difficulties, help you understand what’s causing them, suggest effective strategies, and possibly practise some question types with you.
Recommendations and next steps:
At the end of the session, your tutor will summarise the key points, make recommendations on what to do next, and answer any final questions. You'll leave the session knowing exactly what to focus on to keep improving.
Why Tutoring Helps:
Every tutoring session is designed to move you closer to your IELTS goals. Whether you need guidance, feedback, or strategies, each session gives you the tools and support you need to make real progress and feel more confident in your IELTS preparation.
